Web App
Open the Diamond Audio Cue Web App in a modern browser, activate your license when required, and manage shows from your compatible browser-capable device.
First Show
Create a show, give it a name, icon and accent color, import your audio, then build the cue order you want for performance.
Licensing & Devices
How many devices can I use?
One Diamond Audio Cue license supports up to 3 active devices.
What if I replace a computer or device?
Device activations can be deactivated and reassigned, so an available activation slot can be used on a replacement device.
Do I need separate purchases for Mac and Web?
No. One Diamond Audio Cue purchase includes Mac + Web access under the same license.
Is Diamond Audio Cue a subscription?
No. Diamond Audio Cue is sold as a one-time purchase.
Shows, Backups & Audio
Show Library
Save multiple shows, organize them into folders, and open saved shows into tabs for quick access.
Backup & Restore
Export a portable backup containing shows, cues, settings, branding, and imported audio. Backups can also be verified before you rely on them.
Supported Audio
Diamond Audio Cue accepts MP3, WAV, M4A, AIFF and AIF files. Actual browser decoding can vary by browser and device.
Performance Questions
Can I use an external controller?
Yes. Compatible wired or Bluetooth controllers that send keyboard commands can be used for hands-free or remote show control. Diamond Audio Cue has been personally tested with AirTurn foot controllers.
What is Performance Lock?
Performance Lock helps reduce accidental changes while you are running a live show.
What is Stage View?
Stage View provides a performance-focused display with the controls and cue information you need during a show.
Can I personalize the app?
Yes. You can use personalized header text, your own logo, or both, along with custom brand colors.
